Omega-3 are polyunsaturated fatty acids, otherwise known as good fats. It is an essential fatty acid that the body cannot produce on its own. It is necessary for our body to produce various biologically active compounds. Omega-3 can be obtained from food, usually found in fish oil, but it can be difficult to get enough from what you eat. Polyunsaturated fatty acids such as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are extracted from fish such as mackerel, salmon, tuna, etc. These fatty acids help maintain normal heart function. A positive effect occurs with daily consumption of 250 mg of EPR and DHA.

Omega-3 fish oil 1000 mg soft capsules contain omega-3 rich in the unsaturated fatty acids EPR (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).

DHA – docosahexaenoic acid

Contains long-chain omega-3 fatty acid, important for brain, eye and general development, helps maintain normal heart function. Not getting enough of this acid can cause vision problems.

EPR – eicosapentaenoic acid

Contains long-chain omega-3 fatty acid, important for overall health, helps maintain normal heart function.

INGRIDIENTS:

Fish oil, gelatin (capsule shell), glycerin (capsule shell), water (capsule shell).

CONSUMPTION:

For adults, 1 soft capsule per day. Take with food. If you are pregnant/nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use.

WARNINGS:

Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight. A food supplement is not a substitute for food, so a varied and balanced diet is important. The product does not contain lactose, eggs, gluten or other potential allergens. The product contains fish products and is therefore not suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
